Our Programmes

CHRP

The certification offered by the HRMPEB is Certified Human Resource Management Professional. This is an elaborately professional certification intended to assess candidates’ knowledge, skills and attitudes required for effective management of human resources to achieve organization and individual goals. CHRP examinations are divided into three Parts; CHRP i, CHRP ii and CHRP iii

CBET Diploma in HR

HRMPEB offers Diploma in Human Resource that intend to assess candidates’ knowledge, skills and attitudes required for effective management of Human Resource to achieve organization and individual goals. The entry requirements are;

a) KCSE mean grade C minus (C-) and above or KCE Division III, KACE 1 principal and 1 subsidiary.

b) A certificate in Human Resource Management or Business-related certificate course from a recognized institution.

c) Equivalent qualifications as determined by Kenya National Qualifications Authority (KNQA).

Craft Certificate in HR

Entry requirements for Craft Certificate in HR;

a) Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) mean grade D and above.

b) Equivalent qualifications as determined by Kenya National Qualifications Authority (KNQA).

CHRP Entry Requirements

Entry requirements for CHRP;

a) Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) mean grade C+ and above.

b) A Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business-related Diploma from a recognized examining body.

c) A bachelor degree from a recognized university.

d) Equivalent qualification as determined by KNQA.

HRMPEB Services

ACCREDITATION OF CHRP TRAINING CENTERS

As part of out regulatory mandate, HRMPEB, identifies and accredits institutions to offer tuition and academic services to CHRP candidates. Our services herein includes inspection of the training centers in terms of capacity and resources to provide adequate and quality training and preparations to the CHRP candidates at various levels. So far HRMPEB has accredited more that twenty CHRP training institutions.

CERTIFICATION

HRMPEB is the CHRP Certifying authority. Our mandate stipulates that HRMPEB shall issue professional qualifying certificates to candiates, upon satisfactory completion of curriculum and other requirements prescribed for the CHRP
