INTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES:

  1. This is a provisional list. The Final list will be published following candidates clearance.
  2. Payment of certification fee (Ksh. 4,500) is mandatory.
  3. Candidates will also be subjected to other certification requirements such as document verification and clearance of other HRMPEB prescribed fees.
  4. Candidates in the provisional list are required to create a student portal account and book for certification.
  5. Procedure for creating Portal account and Booking for Certification is as follows;
    6. Step 1: Visit hrmpeb.or.ke and select the student portal option or directly login to online.hrmpeb.or.ke
    Step 2: Create your student account (if you have not created one) by following the simple steps provided.
    Step 3: Upon account creation, proceed to certification application on the left main navigation panel > Click on New certification application > Confirm your account details and click on Apply certification > Read the instructions carefully > click on Apply now > Confirm your student number and click next > Agree to Terms and Conditions > Proceed to invoice > View or download invoice > Proceed to payment > Follow the payment instructions/procedure provided > Submit booking.
  6. The specific timelines for gown collection, gown return and gazettement shall be communicated in due course.
